LMPN Faculty Director Jill Horwitz will be speaking to federal judicial judges and court staff on “Nonprofits and Bankruptcy” at the Federal Judicial Center Conference for Bankruptcy Judges, to be held in June 2024. The Federal Judicial Center educates federal circuit, district, bankruptcy, and magistrate judges and court staff, including attorneys employed by the courts, federal defenders, personnel in court clerks’ offices, probation and pretrial services officers, and others.
