On April 25, 2024, LMPN Faculty Director Jill Horwitz was the keynote speaker at a conference co-sponsored by the Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Terrence J. Murphy Institute for Catholic Thought, Law, and Public Policy. Professor Horwitz’s address reflected on the importance of access to quality health care and the role of public versus private institutions in the sector.
